Example timeline of the week around the wedding
Villas
Two villas, holding about 30 people in total have been booked by us
6th of July -> 13th July.
Price: 800DKK/person for the whole week
Reservation: No need to book yourself! We'll make a group booking. Contact us and also
Bjarne Petersen (bjarne@mythorwedding.dk), Thor's Best man and let us know how many you are coming.

Son Tra Resort (13th july, 2019)
The Beach party in Da Nang starts in the afternoon/evening, on the 13th, which gives time to check-in earlier on the same day
and to have some time to get ready for the party
The resort is the official owner of the beach spot and they will provide shuttles between beach and resort. Alternatively,
it's also a nice 10 min walk along the beach. It is therefore very convenient and luxurious but a bit pricy.
We have reserved 6 villas and each villa holds 4 people but can have extra beds up to 6 people.
Price: Around 1700-2000 DKK per villa
Reservation: Either, directly through booking.com,
or through us and we'll make a group booking. In that case, contact us and also

My's Hometown
We're expected to be here 2 nights. Arriving, the evening of the 9th, and leaving the morning of the 11th.
The accomodation will be a typical Vietnamese hotel. It's not luxurious but it's fine.
Usually there is aircondition and a big bed in the room. They are flexible with 3-4 people rooms and extra beds, so
if you have any special requests, please tell us.
Price: Around 50 - 70 DKK/night per standard room

Transportation to and from My's Hometown
We'll be arranging transportation to/from My's Hometown and Da Nang. Most likely, it'll be a big bus which fits everyone.
